DESIGN CONSULTATION
Muse Design Studio offers a two-hour one-time, in-home consultation. During this time of the consultation, clients can solve any design dilemma, get a professional opinion and direction on the renovation, space planning or decoration. We will help with built-ins, window treatments, color selections, scale and proportions of furniture, art, and accessories. This service is a great option for the clients that feel comfortable moving forward on your own with a direction from a professional.
Consultation Fee: $350.00
FULL SERVICE DESIGN
Muse Design Studio suggests you start with a design consultation to gain the scope of work to be done on each room. From the initial idea to implementation, Muse Design Studio creates highly customized interiors that reflect our client’s goals, functionality, ideas, and style. Renovations or new build, we specialize in unique design solutions with high quality materials and impeccable attention to details Procurement and implementation of all items are included. Concept to final walk through, we do it all!
Full Design Services per room includes everything from drawings, to hiring, to deliveries, project management, to final. The price may vary based on the scope of the work and the square footage.
Design Concepts and drawings only - This is for the client who would like the designs and then move forward to implementation of the design proposed on their own. You will receive 3d renders, layouts, space planning design, furniture selections, color selections, material samples, flooring selections.
KITCHEN OR BATHROOM DESIGN
You will receive a two hour consultation and measure in your home to gain the scope of work. We will discuss your appliance choices and recommendations, function and style of your new kitchen, planning, timeline and designs. You will receive:
•Preliminary design and one set of changes
•3D renderings in color and hidden lines, perspective views, layout & elevations
•Samples: cabinet door, flooring, color chips for walls, counter tops, wallpaper, backsplash, lighting, color blocks, fabric selections, furniture selections
•Space planning and lighting designs •Construction estimates, installation estimates for all proposed elements in the design, timeline
•Estimates for all materials proposed in the final design
•Budget planning
•Mood boards of all selections in the designs proposed
•Project management
•Binder for all trade contractors with appliance specs, layouts, all design elements, all drawings, space planning, lighting designs, furniture selections, timelines for all deliveries.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Project management is like a ship’s captain, steering the entire project and keeping it on course until it reaches its final destination. Project manager coordinates the project from start to finish. Duties of a project manager are vast and include, but aren’t limited to :
• Organizing and coordinating the project schedule and keeping it on track.
• Sequencing-arranging activities in the order in which they need to be completed. For example, plumbing and electrical wiring must both be completed before drywall.
• Scheduling meetings and coordinating all communications between the client , design team and contractor.
• Monitoring and documenting all aspects of the project
• Coordinating with clients after move in and project closeout.
