Cape Cod Retreat

This remodel was a wonderful retreat for our clients as their second home in the small harbor town along an inlet on the cape. They now enjoy the peaceful weekends away from the hustle and bustle of their very busy weekday lives. They count their blessings as this remodel posed a lot of challenges along the way through their construction to make it the perfect summer home.

Scope Of Work

First off the blueprint of the home was very small and their neighbors fairly close. Their home was quite older and needed everything updated, the wish list included a truly updated kitchen with all the bells and whistles, spacious living, family hang out, seating inside the kitchen at a comfortable height, open concept to the view and the family room, custom color cabinets and remodel 2 bathrooms, a cape cod New England feel, open the ceiling up to the rafters and exposed beams.
